The Client's Need
A market leader in the inspection industry, this engineering client was forward thinking
and wanted to decrease their administrative overhead to drive further profitability. They
needed experts who could provide business analysis to help formulate their plan.
Meanwhile, they also needed very skilled developers to discover the cause of
emergency problems.
The Project
After many months of grappling with problems in the existing custom software,
Pleasant was contracted to clarify the mystery. Within a day, the sources of
several major problems were located. We later provided technical expertise and
business analysis to help the client lay out a 5 year technology plan to address
in-house inefficiencies and automate much of their manual labour.
