The Client’s Need

A rapidly growing scaffold rental company, Wrapex, needed to verify all charges from equipment suppliers to provide audit assurance, and needed help transitioning towards renting out some of their own equipment in addition to using multiple vendors.

The Project

Software that tracks exactly which equipment came from where, went where, is out in the field, and is missing. By now maintaining their own rentable inventory and using multiple vendors, profit margins were increased. Pleasant recommended business process changes to their invoicing and collection cycle that greatly reduced the strain on administrative staff.
